چکیده
Finansal performans, işletmelerin gelecekleri hakkında fikir verebilecek başlıca göstergelerden biridir. İşletmeler için finansal performans analizi sonuçları, sektörel bazda nerede olduklarını ve ayrıca ne yapmaları ile yapmamaları gerektiğini gösteren değerli işaretleri barındırır. Bu nedenle her bir işletme bulunduğu sektör bağlamında çok önemlidir. çalışmada BIST İnşaat endeksi işletmelerinin performansı mali tablolardan elde edilen oranlar üzerinden analiz edilmiştir. Türkiye’de inşaat sektörünün önemi, diğer sektörlerin kalkınmasına etkisi oluşturduğu istihdamın büyüklüğü açısından oldukça büyüktür. Dolayısıyla bu sektörde yer alan düzeylerinin yüksekliği ekonomiyi doğrudan etkilemektedir. Çalışmada kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinden CCSD kriterler olarak kullanılan oranların önem dereceleri hesaplanmış farklı yaklaşımları birlikte kullanan COCOSO metodu işletmeler 2019 2020 dönemleri yönünden sıralanmıştır. ikisi de ayrı etkili olan iki yöntem ilk defa kullanılmıştır. Öte yandan pandemi dönemini kapsamaktadır. açıdan yapılan çalışmanın literatüre anlamlı katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.
